We are looking for a meticulous Assistant Accountant to join a reputable property organisation in Bristol. The role involves managing service charge accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting within the property sector.

Description
*Reconciliation of large, complex data sets
*Management of central email inboxes
*Monitoring of deadlines and reporting of/escalation of delays as appropriate
*Liaising with external auditors
*Liaising with clients as required
*Ensuring Service Charge budgets are received and uploaded inline with internal and regulatory KPI’s
*Updating control spreadsheets
*Any other duties that will ensure the smooth running of the accounting department.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
*A strong background in accounting and finance
*Proficiency in managing service charge accounts and financial reporting.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
*Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
*A qualification or part-qualification in accounting would be advantageous.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
