Job Description:
Personal Assistant, Educational Organisation, London, hybrid temp role for 4-6 weeks initially with a possible extension, £18 p/h plus holiday pay
Leading London-based educational organisation requires a PA to support 2 Deputy Directors. With an immediate start, this temporary role could be extended. This opportunity will suit those not seeking a permanent role, as it is possible it could become a long-term booking.
Duties will include:
*Being first point of contact for the Deputy Directors
*Managing diaries and correspondence
*Dealing with external stakeholders and internal staff
*Secretariat meeting duties - room bookings, drafting agendas, coordinating, and circulating papers
*Some minute taking
*Following up actions and keeping updated action logs, as required
*Booking travel and accommodation
*Day to day financial support e.g. raising purchase orders and processing invoices
*High quality, accurate and well-presented word processing of letters, minutes, papers and reports
*Develop effective relationships and liaise with colleagues and external partners
Skills and experience:
*At least two years consistent PA experience
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
This role will be offered subject to a clear Standard DBS.
