Management Accountant - Elevate Your Career in Finance

Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare budgets, quarterly and monthly reports, and cost analyses.
*Collaborate on internal management reports for the Senior Management Team.
*Issue invoices to funders and analyse procurement activity.
*Complete various reconciliations and support audit and ISO compliance.
*Maintain and update the Charity’s finance policies and ensure accurate Gift Aid claims.
Skills and Experience Required:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
*Proficiency in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
*Experience in producing monthly management accounts with clear narratives.
*Working knowledge of VAT and excellent IT proficiency, including Microsoft Suite and Outlook.
Desirable Attributes:
*Experience with Xero and the Charity sector.
*Knowledge of payroll processes.
Personal Qualities:
*Strong time management and team collaboration skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
*Flexibility to meet strict deadlines and the ability to work with diplomacy and discretion at all levels.
