A global investment management firm is seeking a PMO Analyst to support enterprise-wide change initiatives from its London office. The role focuses on governance, reporting, and delivery oversight across strategic programmes, working closely with programme managers and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
*Coordinate portfolios of change initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
*Maintain governance frameworks, monitor project status, risks, milestones, and budgets.
*Produce management information, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
*Support resource management, benefits tracking, and programme lifecycle activities.
*Embed best-practice methodologies such as Agile or Prince2 into projects.
*Facilitate cross-team communication, lessons learned sessions, and process improvements.
*Prepare materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and audits.
Requirements
*Experience as a PMO Analyst within asset management
*Proven ability to manage and support teams in adopting PMO processes and tools.
*Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
*Experience managing project finances, including forecasting, reconciliation, and variance reporting.
*Ability to work at pace, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
*Practical knowledge of project lifecycles, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
*Familiarity with portfolio management software (e.g., KeyedIn) and Microsoft Office.
*Professional qualifications in asset management (e.g., IMC) are advantageous but not required.
This is a hands-on role suitable for a junior business manager / senior PMO analyst who can take ownership of a major transformation programme and ensure smooth delivery across multiple workstreams.
