BRB Recruit are partnering with a dedicated leaving care service in Greater Manchester. We’re recruiting across all levels, from Support Workers to Managers, to join a team committed to guiding young people through the important transition to independence.
We’re looking for caring and passionate individuals who:
*Hold Level 3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience
*Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in care or support roles
*Possess a driving license (essential for supporting young people in the community)
*Have a genuine desire to positively impact young people’s lives, providing support, guidance, and encouragement as they navigate this critical stage
*Can work collaboratively to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment
Roles Available & Salary Range:
*Support Worker: £22,000–£26,000 per annum
*Senior Support Worker: £26,000–£30,000 per annum
*Team Leader: £30,000–£35,000 per annum
*Deputy Manager: £36,000–£42,000 per annum
*Manager: £45,000–£52,000 per annum
