FINANCE MANAGER
£60,000- £65,000 PER ANNUM (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

FULL TIME PERMANENT ROLE – HYBRID WORKING
I have partnered with fast-growing business in the events industry to recruit an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to own day-to-day finance operations and support the company’s next stage of growth. Offering hybrid working and located close to excellent public transport links, this role covers core finance processes, international activity, AP/AR, cash flow, and monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. You will also enhance financial controls and mentor junior team members. Ideal candidates are CIMA/ACCA qualified with at least two years’ management accounting experience and a proven ability to deliver accurate, time-critical work.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Finance department, ensuring all processes meet auditable standards.
*Manage the finance functions associated with their overseas office.
*Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely transactions.
*Manage weekly cash flow and prepare monthly management and investor reports.
*Drive the monthly forecast and annual budget cycle.
*Design and implement robust financial controls and processes.
*Mentor and develop junior members of the Finance department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified CIMA/ACCA is preferable.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance environment, preparing accounts to management account level.
*Proven experience in management accounting and delivering time-critical work streams.
*Experience managing junior staff members.
*Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
