The OpportunityWe’re recruiting for an experienced Corporate Account Handler to support a team of Account Executives within a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a collaborative office environment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality service to corporate clients while building strong, long-term relationships.
What you’ll be doing*Providing expert advice on appropriate policies and risk management solutions
*Handling new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
*Liaising and negotiating with clients and underwriters
*Issuing accurate, compliant documentation
*Supporting the Account Executives to deliver outstanding client outcomes
*Assisting with claims handling when required
*Building trusted relationships through exceptional customer service
What we’re looking for*Cert CII qualified or equivalent industry experience
*Experience handling Corporate-level commercial insurance business (highly desirable)
*Acturis experience is desirable
*Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail
*Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products and the wider market
*A proven track record of client retention
*Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
*Knowledge of FCA regulations, DPA and compliance standards
*A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
