The RoleResponsibilities include:
*Sourcing and engaging candidates within data and analytics disciplines
*Developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships
*Managing vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle
*Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting offer negotiations
*Building market knowledge to become a specialist consultant
Candidate Profile*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
*Well organised with a proactive approach
*Degree preferred but not essential
*Sales or commercial experience advantageous
