Job Description:
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction business based in Mitcham. The company is financially backed and continuing to grow, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
*End-to-end processing of supplier invoices
*CIS processing and compliance
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Preparing and processing payment runs
*Handling supplier queries efficiently
*Maintaining accurate records within Sage
*Supporting the wider finance team as required
Requirements:
*Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
*Strong CIS knowledge (essential)
*Experience using Sage
*Background within construction preferred
*High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
