Temporary Caretaker / Site Manager ?? Primary School - Tonbridge, Kent

We are working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Tonbridge, Kent, who are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker / Site Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and well-run school environment. Flexibility is available, with full-time hours or mornings only up to 1:00pm considered.
Key Responsibilities: * Opening and securing the school site
* General maintenance, minor repairs and basic DIY
* Health & safety checks and compliance
* Ensuring the site is clean, safe and well presented
* Liaising with staff and external contractors
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school premises
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Previous experience as a caretaker, site manager or similar role (school-based experience desirable)
* A practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
* Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidates registering with Academics Ltd will have to apply for an Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check where appropriate
