Customer Sales Consultant (Inbound)
Are you confident with sales conversations but prefer a consultative, soft-sell approach?
This is an inbound role where customers contact you for help. You’ll handle enquiries across phone, email and live chat, understand customer needs, manage objections, and guide people to the right solution — no cold calling and no hard sell.
This role suits people from a range of backgrounds, including telephone sales, estate agency, recruitment, retail, hospitality, face-to-face sales, or B2B/B2C sales, who are comfortable working to targets and enjoy helping customers make informed decisions.
What you’ll need:
*Experience in a sales or customer-facing environment
*Confidence working to targets and KPIs
*Strong objection handling skills
*Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
*A professional, friendly telephone manner
*Comfortable multitasking across systems
*Proactive, positive and keen to learn
*(Experience in regulated environments is a bonus, but not essential.)
