Reed are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, award-winning law firm who are looking to hire a Criminal Solicitor to lead its small team in Leeds. The team covers a variety of cases, including Murder and predominantly attend Leeds Courts. The role will involve leadership, development of team, management of the department, ensuring standards and compliance and supervising casework, mentoring junior colleagues, supporting training initiatives, workload management and quality assurance and Legal Aid file review.
