JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with a well established, stable business in Huddersfield as they look to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant. Initially on a temporary basis, this could potentially be a permanent opportunity for the right person. The role is varied and key duties will include:
*Processing purchase invoices and matching with PO numbers/delivery notes
*Handling supplier queries
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Preparing payment schedules
*Sales ledger responsibilities
*Monitoring aged debt
*Processing sales orders and other general administration
*Other duties as required in a busy finance office


Currently operating a Sage system, they are looking to bring in a new finance system within 6 months.
Applicants must have some recent finance administration experience, have a friendly "can-do" attitude and a desire to work as part of a small, hard working team.
