Job Description:
Site Operative
Pertemps are currently recruiting for multiple Site Operatives to join a leading wet room installation company based near Basingstoke. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Site Operative: *Install tilebacker board, drainage systems, shower floor build up and waterproofing membranes to bathrooms
*Working on construction projects in London and the South East of England
*Working as part of an installation team
*Deliver a professional service to customers
*Take a proactive approach Health & Safety standards
*Complete paperwork and administrative tasks relating to the project
*Work closely with supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly and to help with problem solving when necessary
Requirements:
*Full UK Driving licence
*Experience working on construction sites
*Confident with a variety of hand tools
*Interest in installation
*Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers
*Strong knowledge of the construction industry
The Site Operative role:
*Varied hours of 40 – 48 hours per week
*Early start times from 6am onwards
*Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
*Company wide bonus schemes
