M&A Integration Support
Location: Wilmslow / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £30,000


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an M&A Integration Support professional to join a growing wealth management business during a period of continued acquisition and expansion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational background in financial services who enjoys working across systems, processes, and data while supporting firms through periods of change.
Working closely with the Integration Manager, you will play a key role in the operational delivery of firm integrations, supporting the transition of newly acquired businesses onto standardised systems, workflows, and best practices.


Skills & Experience
Essential
*Strong operational background within financial services, ideally IFA or wealth management
*Experience working with back-office systems and data management
*Proven ability to deliver a customer-focused service
*Excellent communication and relationship management skills
*Confident problem-solver, able to raise and resolve operational or process issues
*Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Desirable
*Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan, Adviser Office, or Curo
*Previous experience in integration, onboarding, or change-focused roles
*Knowledge of FCA expectations relating to advice and/or operational processes


Key Responsibilities
*Support the Integration Manager in delivering the operational workstream for each acquisition
*Assist acquired firms in adopting standardised processes, systems, workflows, research standards, and new business practices
*Gather key operational and process information to support GAP analysis
*Support the delivery of structured training sessions for advisers and support staff
*Act as a point of contact for operational and system-related queries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating where required
*Gather datasets from acquired firms, including back-office systems, client files, provider data, adviser information, and financial records
*Assess data quality, completeness, gaps, and anomalies
*Clean, standardise, and validate incoming data in line with agreed data standards
*Map data structures from seller systems into the central data architecture
*Identify additional training needs and collaborate with the integration team to deliver solutions
*Contribute to the continuous refinement and improvement of integration processes
