Job Description:
HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers | Suffolk (IP30) | Competitive Pay & Benefits
Our client is a family-run haulage and logistics business, proudly operating for over 40 years from the heart of Suffolk. They specialise in warehousing and UK-wide distribution and are now looking to expand their driving team with:
1 x HGV Class 1 Driver
1 x HGV Class 2 Driver

About the Class 1 & Class 2 Driver Role:
*UK-wide palletised deliveries and collections
*Curtain-sided vehicles
*Occasional container work and shunting between Felixstowe Port and base
*Some nights out required
*No London driving
*No weekend work currently
Working hours:
*Monday to Friday
*Start times from 3:00am (ideal for early risers)
*Guaranteed 50 hours per week contract
Pay & Benefits:
*Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience)
*20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
*Full-time, permanent position
*Long-term job security

Requirements (Class 1 & Class 2):
*Minimum 6 months HGV experience
*Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence
*Up-to-date Driver CPC
*Experience with curtain-sided vehicles
*Confident using straps to secure loads
*Professional, reliable, and personable attitude
*Willingness to do occasional nights out
