School Admin (Temp Ongoing Basis)
Requirement: Must have an Enhanced DBS on the updated service or willing to pay for one.

We are currently seeking experienced School Administrators to work in schools across the Derby area on a temporary ongoing supply basis.
The School Administrator will play a key role in managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the school. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
Duties include:
*To work to defined standard business processes in performing a wide and varied administrative tasks having due regard to confidentiality and safeguarding.
*To create, and manage information relating finance, student or staffing information or any other service requirements.
*To undertake a range of financial management processes including processing orders, resolving issues, budget monitoring, reconciling accounts and handling cash.
*To be responsible for the organization of events, trips and excursions including booking venues and arranging transport.
The successful candidates will:
*Must have experience using school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS & Arbor).
*Have experience of working in an office environment with an administration focus.
*Use effective communication and be warm, friendly, and empathetic.
*Have experience with Microsoft Office systems (e.g. Word & Excel).
