£27,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+ Year 1)

The roleAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained from day one to become a capable, confident and self-sufficient recruiter.
You will work on live recruitment assignments for global clients, supporting senior consultants before gradually taking ownership of your own market and desk.
Training is practical and hands-on, delivered directly by experienced consultants and leadership, rather than generic classroom sessions.
What you will be doing*Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates across international markets
*Supporting recruitment for investment funds and high-growth businesses
*Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
*Conducting market and sector research
*Managing interview processes and offers
*Taking increasing responsibility as your skills and confidence develop
Training and progression*Structured six-month training and probation period
*Daily exposure to senior consultants and leadership
*Ongoing coaching and mentoring
*Clear progression from trainee to consultant level
*Opportunity to build and eventually lead your own market
