Job Description:
STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader for their highly acclaimed client on the north side of Manchester.
You will run a small maintenance team and be involved in hands on electrical maintenance to drive the efficiency of the site and minimise downtime.
The job will involve:
Lead by example, fostering a strong safety-first culture
Supervise all electrical activities on-site
Work with maintenance and production teams to manage breakdowns and planned improvements
Drive efficiency improvements
Lead, motivate, and engage the maintenance team
Implement process improvements
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations
The role involves being on call 1 week in 3
