Behaviour Mentor - Secondary Schools (Bromley)
Full-time | 5 days per week
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to work full-time across a range of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools in Bromley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome behavioural, emotional, and social barriers to learning. You will play a key role in helping students develop positive behaviour, resilience, and confidence, both inside and outside the classroom.
The Role: * Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural, emotional, or social needs
* Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students and act as a consistent role model
* Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals
* Support behaviour strategies, interventions, and reintegration plans
* Contribute to a calm, safe, and supportive school environment
What We’re Looking For: * Experience working with secondary-aged students (school, youth work, mentoring, or similar)
* A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* A genuine commitment to inclusion and student wellbeing
* Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week
