We are seeking a temporary Early Years Business Trainer/Assessor to join our client’s team on ongoing basis. This role is crucial for the delivery and assessment of learning programmes, particularly apprenticeships, ensuring learner achievement within planned end dates.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver learning programmes, including assessment and review of learners on apprenticeship programmes.
*Achieve targets related to learner achievement within planned end dates.
*Adapt to varying weekly hours, with a possibility of working fewer than 29.5 hours based on department needs.
*Provide temporary cover for 4 days per week, with flexibility to consider candidates who can commit to only 2 days.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Experience in delivering and assessing learning programmes, preferably in early years education.
*Ability to manage time effectively and meet educational targets.
*Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the department.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
