Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Air Export Operations Executive to manage and consolidate air export shipments efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operational flow, strong coordination with internal branches, and consistently high levels of customer service.
SHIFT AVAILABLE - 4 ON 4 OFF DAYS - 7AM - 7PM
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare master air waybills and all required export documentation
*File and manage customs documentation in compliance with regulations
*Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely processing of air export shipments
*Receive, monitor, and update shipment statuses within agreed timelines
*Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the operating system
*Track and trace air export shipments and proactively address issues
*Liaise with local and overseas branches to coordinate international shipments while meeting or exceeding customer service expectations
*Coordinate with contracted service providers to secure cargo space and related services
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with airlines, trucking companies, and other service partners
*Ensure full compliance with internal operational procedures (including OPS) and external regulatory, customer, and government requirements
*Review departmental workflows and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
*Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with company standards
*Handle overseas communications with professionalism and clarity
