We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Manager to join our team!
What You’ll be Doing
· The Complex Support Manager has overall management responsibility for the development, delivery, and quality of services supporting individuals with complex behaviours and high levels of need.
· The role leads on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), workforce development, quality assurance, and the set-up and management of new complex services, ensuring safe, compliant, and person-centred support.
· The post holder is accountable for outcomes, stability, and continuous improvement across their services.
What You’ll Need
*Advanced knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, functional assessment, and behaviour analysis.
*Strong understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
*Significant management experience within complex care or specialist support services
*Proven experience managing services supporting behaviours that challenge.
*Experience setting up and stabilizing new complex services
*Ability to identify, assess, and respond effectively to risk and complexity.
*Ability to challenge poor practice constructively and professionally.
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex situations.
*Demonstrates effective leadership in high-pressure and complex environments.
*Applies values-based decision-making to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
*Maintains service stability through effective management of risk and change.
