Position: Residential Support worker
Location: Carlisle (CA1)
Pay: £14.50 - £16.00 per hour
The Role: Working within a modern residential setting for the elderly. You will provide person-centered care, assist with meal times, and lead social activities for residents living with early to mid-stage dementia.
Requirements:
*6 months experience in an elderly residential setting.
*A compassionate, patient-centric "people person" attitude.
*Enhanced Adult DBS (Update Service preferred).
*Ability to work a rotating 4-on shift pattern.
*Completed mandatory training and PMVA
*Flexible availability to work across different shifts and locations.
*Must have a full UK Driving License for community access.
*No sponsorship available; must have unrestricted RTW.
