Description
*Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions and reports.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
*Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
*Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as required.
*Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
*Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
