Summary
A senior leadership opportunity for an International Outsourcing Director based in London, joining a well-established accountancy and business advisory firm working with high-profile international clients.
About the Employer
The employer is a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm providing partner-led services to a broad portfolio of UK and international businesses. They support clients throughout the full lifecycle of their organisation, offering pragmatic, relationship-driven advice underpinned by strong technical expertise. With a collaborative and values-led culture, the firm works with senior finance stakeholders across multiple sectors and has access to the wider resources of a large international professional services group.
The Role
This is a senior, client-facing and people management leadership role with responsibility for owning and developing a significant international outsourcing portfolio. The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a commercially minded and client-focused accounting professional with strong leadership capability and recent practice experience. You will be comfortable operating at a senior level, managing complex client relationships and developing high-performing teams in a professional services environment. This role is based in London.
Key requirements include:
*Qualification with a recognised accounting body – ACA / IACEW or ACCA – and eligibility for a practising certificate (or equivalent)
*Recent experience in a client-facing role within an accountancy practice
*Proven experience managing a portfolio of outsourcing clients
*Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
*Confidence engaging with senior finance stakeholders up to CFO level
*Demonstrable people management, mentoring and coaching experience
What’s on Offer
This is a genuinely unmissable opportunity to join a values-led firm that combines a close-knit, collaborative culture with the backing and resources of a large international group. The role offers real autonomy, exposure to high-quality clients, and the chance to shape service delivery and team development at a senior level. Flexible and hybrid working are fully supported, alongside clear career pathways and ongoing professional and personal development opportunities that go beyond the standard benefits offering.
