The Role:

A varied and rewarding position covering all aspects of estate agency, including:
*Phoning out new instructions
*Vendor and applicant liaison
*Accompanying property viewings
*Negotiating offers
*Sales progression and chasing
*Conducting competitor analysis
*Assisting with property take-ons
Experience in market appraisals would be an advantage, but not essential.

The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous estate agency experience is essential
