Job Description:
This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business and adding real value beyond the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the finance lead for a large, complex client contract
*Produce and review monthly management accounts and financial reporting
*Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Business partner with operational and non-finance stakeholders
*Support commercial decision-making and contract performance
*Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance
*Assist with audits, contract reviews, and client-facing reporting
*Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Candidate Profile
*Strong experience in a management accounting / contract finance role
*Background in a contract-led environment (FM, property, construction, engineering, or similar)
*Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
*Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
*Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) preferred but not essential

*Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
*Hybrid working
