Some leads may be provided for the right candidate, but self-generation is essential.
Above all, you must have the hunger to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*12 months minimum mortgage experience
*Proven sales record
*Strong understanding of the mortgage market
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience in financial services and strong compliance awareness
*Fast learner with the ability to self-generate business

£30,000 – £100,000 per year DEPENDS ON HOW HARD YOU WORK
100% of broker fees on self-generated cases
