Pear Recruitment – Lettings Manager – Bushey
Salary – £35,000 – £40,000 + commission (OTE - £50,000)
Working Hours – Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm

What You’ll Do:
*Lead and inspire a team to exceed rental and management targets
*Generate new business and grow landlord portfolios
*Deliver outstanding customer service to tenants and landlords alike
*Handle valuations, negotiations, and agreed lets through to completion
*Ensure the team operates fully compliant with lettings legislation
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven success in residential lettings, ideally with management experience
*Ambitious, target-driven, and confident in closing deals
*Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
*Strong organisational and leadership abilities
*Full UK driving licence
