Job Description:
Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a ResidentialConveyancer for an Legal 500 Law Firm based in West Yorkshire.
They are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum DOE
Responsibilities as a conveyancer:
*Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
*Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
*Able to manage own files from start to completion
*Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
*IT and case management systems
About you as a conveyancer:
*Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures
*Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
*Excellent attention to details
*Good communication and IT skills
