Job Description:
A Legal 500 firm based in Wokingham is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their busy team.
You will manage a high-quality caseload, with responsibilities that include managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Experience with retirement properties, shared ownership, and equity release is advantageous but not essential.
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
*Conducting title checks and searches
*Preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
*Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships
