Job Description:
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a senior Solicitor to join its Wills, Trusts and Probate team, based in either its Wrexham or Chester office. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced private client lawyer looking to take on a visible leadership role within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
The successful candidate will manage a broad and high-quality private client caseload, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Alongside fee-earning, the role carries genuine responsibility for supervising, mentoring and developing colleagues, helping to shape the direction and continued success of the team.
The firm is seeking a Solicitor with ideally 7-8 years’ post-qualification experience or more, with a strong technical background in trusts, tax and estate planning. A proven ability to lead, motivate and support others is essential, as is confidence in managing performance and driving positive change.
The ideal individual will be a natural communicator with a clear vision, a collaborative leadership style, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
This is an opportunity to join a supportive and well-established firm that values its people and encourages long-term development.
The firm offers a competitive salary reflective of experience, together with a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, flexible working following probation, and an early dart at the end of the week!
This role will appeal to a senior private client Solicitor seeking a leadership position where they can make a meaningful and lasting impact.
