*Supporting operational leaders with process standardisation and SOP implementation
*Observing daily warehouse processes to identify waste, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
*Facilitating workshops, problem-solving sessions, and structured root cause analysis
*Supporting performance management activities such as KPI tracking, Gemba walks, and improvement follow-ups
*Acting as an engaged partner to supervisors and operational leads on continuous improvement matters
*Working cross-functionally with quality and management stakeholders to ensure sustainable improvements
*Helping to strengthen the site’s continuous improvement culture
*Supporting quality requirements for a broad e-commerce product range (food and non-food)
*Gradually taking ownership of selected quality tasks as part of long-term development
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
*A degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
*Experience applying lean methodologies within a warehouse or logistics environment
*Strong working knowledge of lean tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, standard work; Six Sigma basics are beneficial)
*A hands-on, pragmatic approach with a strong presence on the shopfloor
*Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially when working with operational teams
*Analytical, structured problem-solving abilities
*An interest in quality management and motivation to develop further
*Confident use of MS Office and process documentation tools
What’s on Offer
*Permanent role within a stable, expanding warehouse operation
*Competitive salary of £30,000 – £32,000
*Quarterly bonus (up to £666) + annual bonus (up to £2,666)
