Senior Credit Controller Caerphilly
Hybrid & Flexible Working
A friendly, people employee first manufacturing business based in Caerphilly, looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join the supportive and collaborative finance team.
This isn’t a high pressure, transactional credit control role. There is a proud positive culture with long standing client relationships, and flexible approach to work. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is trusted to do their job, and wants to make a real difference.
The role is hybrid, typically around 3 days in the office, but we’re genuinely flexible and open to discussing what works best for you.
What makes this role special: * Real ownership of the credit control function
* Working with established, long-term clients, not constant cold chasing
* Autonomy and trust, without micromanagement
* A friendly, collaborative team who truly value what you do
What you’ll be doing: * Confidently and professionally chasing aged and overdue debt
* Building strong, positive relationships with clients
* Resolving invoice queries quickly and fairly
* Reviewing credit limits and payment terms
* Supporting cashflow reporting and month-end activity
* Working closely with colleagues across the wider business
What we’re looking for * Solid experience in credit control
* A calm, professional and personable communication style
* Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership
* A team player who values relationships as much as results
