Asset Management Officer (Housing)
*Hourly Rate: PAYE: £17.00, Limited/Umbrella: £22.01

*Job Type: Hybrid (3 days in office)
*Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
*Temp Booking Length: Minimum 20 weeks, starting in February

Day-to-day of the role:
*Conduct regular inspections and assessments of housing properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
*Develop and implement asset management plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of property management.
*Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
*Monitor and report on the condition and performance of housing assets.
*Manage and update asset management databases and records.
*Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align asset management strategies with broader organisational goals.
*Provide support and advice on asset management issues to senior management and other team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in asset management, preferably within the housing sector.
*Strong organisational and project management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in using asset management software and databases.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in housing and property management.
