Registered Manager – Children’s Home
BRB Recruit are supporting a variety of children’s homes, from brand-new homes to well-established services, catering for children with LD, EBD, and other complex needs. We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager who is passionate about making a real, positive impact on young people’s lives.
You will lead from the front, supporting and developing your team, ensuring the highest standards of care, and fostering an environment where children can thrive.
What we are looking for:
*Strong knowledge and understanding of children’s home regulations and requirements.
*Previous experience with Reg 44 inspections and Ofsted inspections.
*Ability to support and develop your team while leading by example.
*Clear passion for improving outcomes for young people.
*Must meet Reg 28 requirements.
*Minimum Level 3 / NVQ 4 in relevant field; Level 5 preferred.
