BRB Recruit are partnering with a range of children’s homes, supporting young people during crucial transitions in their lives. We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Deputy Managers to join teams who are committed to making a positive impact on children and young people.
You’ll be stepping into a leadership role where you can balance hands-on care and administrative responsibilities, including supporting shifts on the floor and sleeps, while developing your team to deliver the best outcomes for the children.
What we’re looking for:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children and 1 year in a leadership role.
*Level 3 in Children’s Care and NVQ Level 4.
*Preferably hold Level 5 Leadership and Management.
*Must be a driver.
*Strong knowledge of children’s home regulations and ability to ensure compliance across the home.
*Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
*Experience balancing administration and direct care.
