Job Description:
Meraki Talent are partnering with a UK wide Investment Management firm who are looking to appoint a highly organised and motivated Client Service Administrator to join the existing team.
This position plays a key part in supporting the full client lifecycle, ensuring accurate administration and smooth day-to-day operations that underpin an excellent client experience.
Working within a centrally managed and locally embedded service model, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Client Service teams, developing a strong foundation for a career in financial services.
Key duties will include;
*Managing client administration tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, including onboarding, transfers, payments, account updates, closures and estate administration
*Providing operational support such as booking meeting rooms, processing expenses, preparing meeting packs and handling correspondence
*Assisting with the investigation and resolution of client queries, escalating investment-related matters to appropriate team members
*Communicating with clients where required, ensuring information provided is accurate and compliant with Information Giving guidelines
*Managing mass mailings and ensuring correspondence data is maintained and up to date
*Creating and updating presentations and client literature for meetings
*Maintaining team diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating travel
*Taking meeting minutes when required
*Managing, filing and archiving client correspondence and records in line with regulatory and internal requirements
*Contributing to Client Service meetings, sharing best practice and suggesting process improvements
*Supporting general office duties, including reception and post handling
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to build a career within financial services, with evidence of proactive self-development. Some knowledge of the regulatory environment is advantageous, but not essential.
