Job Description:
Our client, based near Cambridge, is looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their team, to provide essential administrative support. This is a full time, office-based role, working in a busy environment with a lovely team that values collaboration.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Acting as a first point of contact, welcoming visitors and answering the telephone
*Booking and preparing meeting rooms, organising catering and refreshments
*Weekly health and safety checks
*Organising and monitoring a proactive IT, stationery, and consumables system
*Providing general office and administrative support across the team.
Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience to be suitable for the role:
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
*Previous experience of working in a small admin team
*English and Maths GCSE (minimum)
*A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
