Location: Slough • Permanent Role • TLR (2a £3,527) Available for Exceptional Candidate with Health & Social Care Experience

About the Role
You will deliver engaging and well-structured Psychology lessons, with the opportunity to contribute more widely to the Social Sciences curriculum. The setting is described as lively, friendly, and academically ambitious, with a strong culture of support and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
*Teach Psychology across appropriate Key Stages (KS4–KS5 depending on experience).
*Deliver high-quality, well-planned lessons that motivate and challenge learners.
*Support departmental development, enrichment and wider curriculum initiatives.
*Contribute to pastoral support and the broader school community.
*Engage in continued professional development and reflective practice.
What We’re Looking For
*A degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
*QTS/PGCE and ability to teach Psychology confidently.
*Strong classroom management and communication skills.
*A passion for developing analytical thinking, curiosity and academic progress.
*Desirable: Experience in Health & Social Care (TLR available for exceptional candidate).
Salary & Benefits
*MPS1 £34,398 to UPS3 £52,490, paid to scale.
