Commercial Contracts Manager (Heating & Plumbing)Location: Reigate, Surrey

The RoleWe are recruiting a Commercial Account Lead for a well-established plumbing and heating company based in Reigate. This role would suit a time-served Commercial Engineer looking to move off the tools into an office-based, client-focused position while still using strong technical knowledge.
You will be the main point of contact for commercial clients, managing relationships, coordinating projects, and supporting the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities*Manage and develop long-term commercial client relationships
*Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
*Ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations
*Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
*Provide technical support to the Commercial division
*Handle client queries and escalations
*Maintain accurate paperwork, CRM records, and quotations
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
About YouEssential:
*Proven experience in domestic and commercial plumbing & heating
*Experience in boiler servicing, breakdowns, installations, and commercial repairs
*Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
*Confident using laptops, smartphones, Outlook, apps, and CRM systems
*Good understanding of industry regulations
Desirable:
*Commercial gas qualifications
*City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
*Experience with large commercial buildings or insurance work
