Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Stevenage
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 basic (incl. car allowance) + £500 monthly guarantee (6 months)
OTE: £40,000–£50,000+ | High Earnings
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

This role is ideal for candidates who are CeMAP 1 qualified and looking to build a long-term career in mortgage advice with a business that genuinely invests in its people.
You will benefit from one of the most respected and proven trainee mortgage training programmes in the industry, including a 3-week fully expensed residential training programme, followed by hands-on mentoring from an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager and continuous support from the training department.
