OTE: £50,000 Year 1 | £65,000+ from Year 2

The RoleAs an office-based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker in Stevenage, you will:
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice to new and existing clients
*Deliver protection advice (life, critical illness, income protection)
*Conduct detailed fact finds and affordability assessments
*Manage and progress a high-volume mortgage pipeline
*Work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise conversions
*Ensure full FCA and compliance standards are met
Candidate Requirements*CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential
*Proven experience providing regulated mortgage advice
*Strong understanding of lender criteria and protection products
*Track record in a sales-driven, target-focused environment
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
