Job Title: Junior-Mid Designer (Creative Social & Content)
Location: Hybrid London
Type: Freelance (Ongoing, no fixed end date)
Day Rate: £170 per day - (UMB preferred)
Overview We are working with a fast-growing creative agency (described as one of the top creative in the UK), looking to bring in a Junior-Mid Designer on an ongoing freelance basis.
This is a multi-skilled, social-first design role working across fashion, alcohol and beauty brands. The focus is on ambition and attitude as much as experience - they want someone hungry, who wants to help grow the business and make a real impact, not just "do the design."
Key Responsibilities * Create assets for paid social ads (static and simple motion)
* Design organic social content across multiple platforms
* Support on social and creative strategy for campaigns
* Plan and produce content from concept through to final delivery
* Use AI tools for image generation, ideation and content workflows
* Edit short-form video content (e.g. CapCut or similar)
* Carry out light retouching and polishing of imagery
* Work at pace while maintaining high creative standards
* Collaborate with a small, fast-moving agency team
Skills & Experience Essential:
* Experience relevant to creating paid social ad assets
* Experience relevant to designing organic social content
* Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling for social
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Experience using Figma
* Video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools)
