Senior Marketing Manager – hybrid working
Our client based in Surrey is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to join their management team. They are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team and ensure the successful implementation of their marketing strategy.
This is a hybrid working role – 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
This role reports directly into the Marketing Director. You will be responsible for implementing the strategy directed by the Marketing Director.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Lead and manage the marketing team and ensuring high performance, collaboration and professional development.
• Plan, manage and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to turn strategic goals into actional plans
• Manage workflow across the team
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using analytics and KPI’s
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment and maximise impact of marketing efforts
• Oversee the creative and content output of the team
• Assist in the management of the marketing budget
The ideal candidate:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, some of those in a management position
• Strong understanding of all core marketing disciplines, including digital, content, email, SEO, paid media, branding, design and social media
• Fluency in German would be an advantage but not essential
• Organised and able to manage multiple areas of marketing at the same time
• Confident heading up team meetings and providing guidance
• Experience delivering campaigns in line with marketing strategy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Confident using data and analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions
• Ability to contribute fresh ideas
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
