The Opportunity
A well-established law firm in the West Midlands is seeking a Residential Conveyancer (2+ years’ PQE) to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to manage a varied caseload within a supportive, well-resourced environment that values quality work and client care.
You will take responsibility for files from instruction through to completion, working closely with colleagues across the wider property team and building strong relationships with clients and referrers.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
*Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
*Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
*Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress.
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
*Contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
*Comfortable running matters with minimal supervision.
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
*Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
*Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
