The Opportunity
Are you an enthusiastic, professional and adaptable individual looking for an opportunity to work within an Administrative position?

I’m delighted to be working with our client, who are looking for a Team Administrator/PA to support various stakeholders within their business. This is a Permanent, full-time role working 35 hours per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys making a positive first impression and is looking for a new challenge to continue developing their skills and experience.


Key Responsibilities
*Assist with personal tasks, including travel arrangements, shopping, and medical appointments.
*Run errands and provide general support as needed.
*Support with board meeting preparation and document handling.
*Manage meeting rooms and sensitive information with discretion.
*Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls.
*Welcome guests professionally and serve refreshments during meetings.
*Process expenses and purchase orders.
*Handle ad hoc tasks from senior staff.

*Full UK driving licence.
