CRM Executive - Bloomreach/Braze
Location: West London (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £35,000
We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join a global digital team delivering innovative marketing and customer experience solutions. This hybrid role offers exposure to high-profile clients and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
* Support the execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns.
* Manage campaign setup, segmentation, and performance reporting.
* Analyse data to optimise campaigns and improve customer engagement.
* Help drive CRM system improvements and adoption across teams.
* Collaborate with colleagues to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years of CRM experience, ideally with one or more leading marketing platforms.
* Strong degree/university background.
* Open to candidates from a range of professional backgrounds.
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
