Panel BeaterLocation: Wickford, Essex
Salary:Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Overtime available)
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy and well-equipped bodyshop in Wickford. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in high-quality repairs and enjoys working in a fast-paced accident repair environment.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out high-quality panel repairs on accident-damaged vehicles
*Remove, repair, and replace vehicle panels and components
*Use jigs, pulling equipment, and measuring systems accurately
*Perform metal finishing, straightening, and alignment work
*Replace panels using welding and bonding techniques where required
*Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer, insurance, and safety standards
*Maintain productivity while delivering excellent workmanship
*Complete job cards and repair documentation accurately
*Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organised
About You*Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or ARC
*ATA accreditation preferred (training available if not held)
*Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Time-efficient and quality-focused
*Full UK driving licence
What’s On Offer*Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
